I get calls from MSPs and business owners who have just been breached and do not know what to do next. Tickets are flying, phones are ringing, screens are locking up—and the techs, who are great at day-to-day support, suddenly are not sure what to touch, what not to touch, who to call first, or how to talk to the client and insurer. That is not their fault. Nobody ever trained them to be first responders.
The MSP First Responders Training is being built to change that. It is the next step after SIREN Certified—a deeper, more tactical program designed to make sure your team is not improvising on the worst day of your client's year.
When a suspected incident hits—ransomware, strange remote sessions, data exfil alerts—your MSP is suddenly on the hook for three things at once:
If your team has not practiced this, they are guessing under pressure. That is when mistakes happen, logs vanish, stories do not line up, and everybody starts asking hard questions.
The First Responders Training is about removing that guesswork.
Full curriculum details are coming soon—but the goal is simple: when your team finishes First Responders Training, they will be able to:
This is not about turning your engineers into full-time forensic analysts. It is about making them dangerously competent in the first 24–72 hours—the window that matters most.
First Responders assumes your MSP has already started locking down its own environment. We want your house in order before we simulate a fire.
You will work through realistic incident scenarios and "choose your next step" decisions—what to unplug, what to snapshot, what to say, and what to log.
Triage checklists, isolation steps, evidence collection workflows, and sample documentation your team can adapt to your MSP.
Graduates will be able to show they have completed structured training—not just watched a webinar.
All of this is in active build-out now. The earliest cohorts will be small, highly supported, and heavily shaped by feedback from the SIREN community.
The early groups for First Responders Training will be:
If you like being early—getting access to new material before it is mainstream, shaping how it evolves, and being able to say "we were in the first group that did this"—you will want your name on this list.
If you never want to watch your team freeze on incident day—or find yourself wishing you had a playbook instead of a panic—this training is being built for you.
Drop your info below and you will be the first to know when:
Seats will be limited, and the first invites will go to MSPs already connected with SIREN.
